Soooo, would it be a terribad idea if I kinda wanted to make sure the cafe is just a small clientele of less than 20 to a dozen people at time, and let it be a money sink.

As I mostly want it to do something to get me out of Kaikori.

But I don't want it to be. Stressful?

I think a lot of personal-project cafes and restaurants tend to be rather small. You just need to make sure there is a high enough quality to keep it afloat.

I don't think there's anything inherently wrong with keeping it a bit smaller. It's not like you have to worry much about it going too far under to stay open.

Oh, just that, really - it's not like this is a thing you're staking a financial future on, or anything. It's mostly a thing on the side. So even if it's a little in the red, it's fine.
